End-User License Agreement
JAM Claude Connector, operated by JAM Digital LLC · Effective October 13, 2026
1. Who may use it
JAM Claude Connector is proprietary internal software of JAM Digital LLC. It is licensed only to JAM Digital LLC and its owners, for use with JAM Digital LLC's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not sold, distributed or made available to anyone else.
2. License
JAM Digital LLC grants its authorized owners a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for JAM Digital LLC's internal bookkeeping, invoicing and tax recordkeeping. The app may not be copied, resold, sublicensed or used for any other company.
3. Approval of changes
The app shows every proposed change to QuickBooks before saving it. Changes are saved only when an authorized owner approves them. The owner who approves a change is responsible for confirming that it is correct.
4. QuickBooks and Intuit
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms. The app connects through Intuit's authorized API and can be disconnected at any time from QuickBooks Online.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, JAM Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. Termination
This license ends automatically if the app is disconnected from QuickBooks Online or no longer used by JAM Digital LLC.
7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
